What the official material confirms

The official 1.0 information describes two core modes, Scenario and Survival, and lists six Scenario maps. Scenario missions put a squad into large, objective-driven locations where supplies, coordination, and extraction all matter.

This page is an overview, not a substitute for a route guide. It deliberately avoids presenting a complete map directory or fixed routes until each one is checked from official material or a reviewed video transcript.

Known official locations

Official launch material and news coverage reference locations including Lewiston, Broadway, an industrial Pennsylvania setting, Beaulieu Hospital, and a government bunker. Raven Rock and Night of the Living Dead are also used in official promotional material.

Names and points of interest will be split into individual pages only after the page can distinguish between a confirmed location, a mode-specific map, and a promotional setting. That avoids turning screenshots or trailers into false route advice.

Plan a Scenario run around objectives and extraction

Before moving deep into a map, give the squad a simple shared plan:

  1. Confirm the immediate objective and who is leading the interaction.
  2. Decide what supplies the team still needs before advancing.
  3. Keep enough team cohesion to respond if an objective area becomes dangerous.
  4. Revisit the extraction plan whenever infection, supplies, or player count changes.

The game is designed so that objectives are not isolated from survival. A route that reaches an objective but leaves the group with no practical exit is not a complete plan.

Scenario and Survival are not interchangeable

Scenario and Survival are both core modes, but they serve different player questions. Use the Scenario pages for objective, location, and extraction research. Use the Survival category for team-defense and mode-specific preparation once its mechanics have been verified in detail.
